Managing the messages.

For user convenience, the program has a set of features to manage the Message box. You can save a message for future use or you can open a previously saved message. The "Clear message" button will clear the Message box. The Up and Down buttons are the "Next" and "Previous" message for scrolling through recently sent messages (the History List)
